Jason Rachels is passionate about making disciples through Christian education. His 27 years of experience in Christian education runs deep as he has taught middle and high school students, served as an elementary principal, high school principal, and head of school. Jason was a part of the team that founded Calvary Christian Academy (CCA) in South Florida, and he now serves as its president. CCA is one of the largest Christian schools in the country with its Hollywood campus serving 550 students and its Fort Lauderdale campus serving 2250 students. Calvary is currently working to open a third campus in Boynton Beach, FL this coming year. 

CCA has a team of talented leaders and educators who make it their mission to educate and disciple children and young men and women so that they can use their unique giftings to have the greatest impact for furthering God's kingdom in this world. CCA also works with other Christian schools locally and across the globe to strengthen Christian education. CCA welcomes others in the Christian school world who are interested in visiting the campuses to observe and explore innovative programs such as Spanish immersion classes in which no English is spoken, the Project Lead the Way STEM program, the pre-med program in which students observe surgeries from within the operating room of an adjacent medical center, award-winning elementary, middle and high school robotics programs, international missions trips for middle and high school students, and more. 

Jason is also the founder of Schools United (SU), an organization that helps Christian school faculty and staff to harness the power of professional peer networking. SU has launched new, free networks for heads of schools, directors of finance, admissions directors, advancement directors, and more. SU also hosts an annual conference for Christian educators which has more than 1700 attendees from every Christian school profession. 

Jason lives in Margate, Florida with his wife, Jennifer, and their three daughters, Willow, Maya, and Remi. Jason holds a Master of Arts in Religion and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
